We got married in London and since we live overseas, we did not know any photographers there. We found Brendan when searching for photographers over the web and would recommend him and his work a thousand times over!
He was efficient from the minute we got in touch till after the wedding itself. He answered every email immediately. My husband Dan and I had a "Covid wedding" last summer.
We could've postponed the wedding, but decided to go ahead, even with all the restrictions, aiming to perhaps celebrate at a later date.
It was however a huge adjustment from the original plans, as we were only allowed to have a small group of people there with us and couldn't even have a reception afterwards.
I didn't get to wear my dream white gown with the long train and the veil, nor have my dad walk me down the isle (this bit in particular was quite difficult). I am Brazilian and due to the pandemic; my family was not able to fly over for the event. They had to virtually join in via Zoom.
We still wanted to make this day as special as possible and to register the occasion, which is why we've decided to hire a professional photographer. Brendan was a God send! He effortlessly managed to capture the most wonderful moments of our special day, beginning to end.
As the bride, I was the last one to arrive, and therefore, I could barely see and speak to anyone before the ceremony. I was pleased to see all the pictures that Brendan took of everyone's arrival and to see the wonderful moments he was able to capture on camera. He was even able to include my family on some of the photos (over a mobile screen).
During the ceremony, Brendan's job was not easy, as due to Covid rules, he was not allowed to move around. He had to take all photos from the same angle. He did however do it brilliantly.
Dan and I were pleased with all the beautiful photos Brendan took and made not only a lovely wedding album for ourselves, but we also had one made for my parents as a gift, since they couldn't attend in person.
Brendan made us feel super comfortable and is a delight to work with. We would highly recommend him to any weddings and other important events.

I wanted a photographer for my wedding day that would take amazing shots and not the typical wedding pictures everyone has. My husband isn't a 'stand and pose type of guy'. When meeting Brendan for the first time, he is such a lovely and friendly guy. It was very easy to say yes and he knew exactly what I wanted.
He spent the first half of the day with me, before making his way to the wedding venue taking sneaky shots of my soon to be husband (did I mention he hates his picture being taken). Brendan was great at getting shots of him. After the ceremony he came with us to the tattoo parlour and then to the next venue.
All my wedding pictures are amazing. There are a few that were staged and posed for but the rest were just randomly taken....which I love. He was very accommodating and made the day even more special.

We asked Brendan to photograph our wedding when we were let down by another photographer; and we couldn't of been happier that we did. On our wedding day he immediately put us at ease and seamlessly captured beautiful photos of our day. He was very friendly and chatty which helped with all the nerves on the wedding morning. He thought about location and where best to capture the special moments. More than that, Bendan felt like a true part of our wedding with many of our guests commenting on what a fun and involving photographer we had. At the end of the day, he left the venue but had to race back when he saw the sunset at the bottom of the venues drive way; he said he could not leave without getting a picture against that backdrop. His dedication paid off as it is one of our favourite photos.
We were so excited to receive our photos after the wedding and they arrived very promptly. We ordered them on USB and they came presented in a lovely box with our names engraved. When we saw the photos, it was lovely to see all the unscripted moments that had been caught, he really did capture the feel and emotions of the day.
